On Amikado, you’ll find two types of products: those made in our Toulouse workshop (marked with an orange "amikado" label) and those created by our partner artisans across France. For most Toulouse-made items, you can opt for next-day delivery if you place your order before noon, Monday to Friday.

We know many people shop for gifts at the last minute—so we make it possible to combine quality, originality, customisation, and fast delivery. Orders placed by noon are prioritised and shipped the same day, making next-day delivery possible for a small express shipping fee.

What About Delivery Delays?

While most delays are due to our delivery partners (La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, or UPS), we file claims immediately when notified. If a gift goes missing, we usually ask for a short wait—and if still undelivered, we send a replacement. On rare occasions, stock issues may cause delays; when that happens, we contact you right away with options.
